The exact process involved with each individual probate estate will vary and can be confusing for an executor of the estate to navigate. The firm works with

paying the estate’s debts, collecting money owed to the estate, compiling an inventory of the estate’s assets, preparing estate tax returns and fiduciary

accountings, and distributing the estate’s assets among the beneficiaries. The firm can also assist with collecting non-probate transfers such as life insurance

and trusts, and preparing deeds and other property transfer instruments.
